My name is Lawrence Edwards, I am a British / Belgian citizen living in the heart of the Belgian countryside on the edge of a forest in the tiny village of Noduwez.
I've worked in the Hospitality Technology industry for most of my career, and I specialize in Revenue Management and the Food & Beverage side of the business. I have always wanted to start a cooking school or restaurant, then the global pandemic of 2020 happened.
I love using my hands to make things, food, woodworking, gardening.

I'm a cook who believes in making as much as possible, by hand, from scratch.
The recipes I use are based on a search to showcase ingredients as the stars of the dish, using a variety of classical and modern cooking techniques
